Both the transit buses on the fixed routes and the paratransit mini-buses are lift-equipped to transport wheelchairs not exceeding 30 inches in width and 48 inches in length (measured two inches above the ground) and not exceeding a total weight of 600 pounds when occupied. Each bus has space on board for two mobility aids. CUBS buses also feature a kneeling device to assist boarding passengers who have difficulty reaching the first step. If you desire the bus to "kneel," ask your driver for assistance.
